Online ‘Telehealth’ Podiatry Consultations
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is an online video consultation service between you and your podiatrist who can help find the cause of your foot or leg pain and provide advice about the best way to treat the problem. Telehealth is a great option for those who find it difficult to see a podiatrist in person, such as people living in rural or remote areas, family members and support workers who are unable to leave their homes due to age, illness, disability or quarantine and people who have busy schedules and are unable to make it to a clinic appointment.
How does it work?
We conduct the video consultation through a program called ‘Physitrack’ which works just like most video conferencing call programs such as Facetime and Skype and just like those programs they can be accessed on your phone, laptop/computer or tablet. Physitrack will also be the program that will be used to deliver and access your professional and personalised exercise program and allow for instant messaging for patients to contact your podiatrist to troubleshoot/ask questions quickly and easily.
How do I get started?
Firstly, you can book a Telehealth appointment with us online by clicking this link:

Once the Telehealth consultation booking is complete, you receive emails confirming the appointment along with a questionnaire and instructions on what needs to be completed prior to the consultation which includes how to download the physiapp ‘Physitrack’.
