3 Stretches To Reduce Heel Pain/Plantar Fasciitis
When people have sore heels, they often want fast relief from the discomfort. These stretches can be done at home easily by anyone.
Feel free to let anyone you know who has had heel troubles to check out this video as it might help them relieve the discomfort. It’s actually one of the most common foot problems people have.
1️⃣ Tennis ball stretch – Sit on the edge of a chair with your foot directly below the knee. Have the ball underneath the arch, push down firm and roll backwards and forwards slowly. Do 1 minute each foot a couple of times per day.
2️⃣ Plantar Fascia stetch – Sit in seat, cross one leg over the opposite knee. Then you will want to slowly bend your heel towards the ground and pull your big toe back. You’ll feel it right through the arch of the foot.
3️⃣ Calf stretch – Stand up against a wall. Back foot on the ground, front of back foot pointed towards the opposite foot. Rolling your foot out and leaning into the wall.
Stretches are just one part of properly fixing heel discomfort – but this is a good starting point people can get relief with today.
